Do I have to apply for a grant?

No, we will ask you a series of questions to check your eligibility as the criteria changes regularly. If you are eligible we will complete the paper work for you and submit to the relevant awarding body. All we will need is your signature.


Does my boiler have to be ten years old to get funding?

It depends upon the current criteria. If you have a boiler that is broken or playing up, it is best to get in touch so we can check what funding options are available to you.


Will my new boiler have a guarantee?

We fit boilers from Worcester and Ideal, once it has been installed you will receive the paperwork along with your manufacturer warranty – you should keep this in a safe place.


Can I just pay for a new boiler?

Yes absolutely. If you do not fall within the eligibility criteria and you would like a new boiler, heat pump or insulation, we can install these in your home. We offer payment via invoice, BACs and take all major credit cards.


Can I have my boiler serviced?

Yes, we provide boiler servicing for all of our existing customers as well as new. Speak to one of the team today about the service plans we offer or to book a one-off appointment.


What is ECO?

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme to help reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty.

The scheme began in April 2013, and over time it has been amended. The latest policy is ECO3.
