Common questions

  • Sometimes, yes. A heat pump can run with your existing radiators if they are compatible and you have enough of them for the system to work efficiently. Get in touch if you are unsure whether yours will work.

  • As an MCS certified installer, we can apply on your behalf for the government-backed Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Once the installation is finished, the grant is issued to us and contributes towards the cost of your new heating system.

  • That depends on your energy use and the size of your roof. As a guide, a 6kW system is usually recommended for a house with five occupants, but we will survey your property to work out exactly what you need.

  • Yes. Panels capture daylight all year round, even when it is rainy or cloudy. We will work with you to find the best position for your panels so they catch as much light as possible.
