Just had solar panels and battery… Just had solar panels and battery installed and the whole experience has been a pleasure from the first visit by David Fernandes to the installation by Neil and Co. The updates and support from Kathryn in the office has been excellent too. Obviously these folk all really know their job and that inspires great confidence.

High spec solar pv and battery installation We approached Carbon Saving Group with a specific specification of what we wanted for a 6kW Solar PV installation complete with 15kW of lithium batteries. Tom was the only supplier to actually come out to site and visit us before quoting, he was also one of the few who responded to our enquiry within a fairly short timescale, funnily enough he subsequently ended up getting the job! One of our particular concerns was the overall look and atheistic of the solar panels on the roof of our house. CSG were one of the few suppliers able to offer the GSE “in-roof” system, which allows the slates or tiles to be removed and for the solar panels to sit flush in the roof as part of it. We are very pleased we went with this system, not only is it watertight it also looks really good. Apart from the aesthetics we also had specific requirements regarding the hardware we wanted to use in the installation. CSG took all this in their stride…even though some of the hardware was new to them and outside of their normal scope, they worked with us and the manufacturers to get us the system we wanted installed. We are very pleased with the final outcome and thanks must go to the whole team, for putting up with us over over the job but especially to Neil, Mike, Kodi and Tom. Thank you!

Not a scam! They replaced my boiler, and added cavity wall insulation and extra loft insulation! For free!! Their very professional and polite and quick to act and communicate.

I couldn’t have wished for better. Excellent! My experience with Carbon Saving Group from the start was excellent. The people in the office were helpful and polite and made everything clear and understandable. The chap who came to survey the property was also very good and explained everything. Later when the two young men did the underfloor insulation were excellent and did a job which I would not like to do with cheerfulness and care and treated me with respect. Finally the plumber who fixed the new boiler worked hard and did the work efficiently and was very polite and considerate. I could not fault them and neither would I want to. I had this company came round to my house. A guy called Tom who I contacted to install solar panels and in days a guy called Neil came round and did a great job. Recommended to all others looking for solar panel fittings.

Highly recommended At the beginning of this year, we had a new boiler fitted by Carbon saving Group. Our experience with this company was so positive that when we came across another advert of theirs for Solar panels we decided to go with them for this also. Brilliant service from callum the surveyor visiting to kodi organising our installation and mike and his team doing a great job with the installation all kept to timing agreed got the job completed in 2 days even though the weather wasnt great they still cracked on with a smile on their face.

Try these first Made and enquiry through the greenhome scheme and these guys couldn’t help. But they took me under their wing and we managed to get cavity filling and a new boiler for less than £500. Under the green scheme I was having to pay £1000 just for the filling!

Tommy was really professional and helpful, really good value for money and delivers on promises. Would really recommend!

Fantastic Experience. Lovely gentleman turned up at my door, offered me a free boiler with a government incentive scheme. After looking into it a little further and to my delight, it turned out to be true. Within 2 weeks, I had my new boiler installed, FOR FREE… Excellent service throughout, good customer contact & care, qualified professionals used for the installation. Would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.

Great service from a very efficient company. I’m now very excited to start generating my own solar energy. Just 2.5 days to install battery, 18 panels and all the other components. Having done some price benchmarking I found Carbon Savings Group were the best for quality and value. Thank you Neil (at Carbon Savings Group) for a great job with the implementation.

Five star experience from the get go … Five star experience from the get go from CSG. They were nothing short of exceptional in supplying and fitting Solar Panels. In particular Kodi and Sian putting all the plans and instructions in place. Organising a Technical Survey from Mike, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, sourcing a structural engineer extremely quickly, getting scaffolding booked and fitted and finally the team who fitted the Solar panels. This work was carried out in two stages with all the electrics put in one day and finally the Solar Panels on the roof. These engineers were brilliant, they kept everything clean and tidy inside and out. On the day the panels went on the roof it was awful weather very cold and wet. But on they continued and finished the job. Superb! A brilliant, brilliant service. I would highly recommend CSG for such an outstanding and professional service. Thank you CSG.

I just had installed first time central… I just had installed first time central heating. I wanted to acknowledge personal who went above and beyond to make all this happen. Carbon team – Callum, Jemma and Kathryn were really helpful and did everything so I had installation done before my holiday. Installation team- Ross and Aron, very tidy, clean, and fast working everything was done in two days time. For now we are just using a hot water and will add my review after the heating starts. For now everything is perfect.

New boiler & insulation Had new boiler and underfloor insulation. Really easy to arrange, work carried out quickly and efficiently, lots of contact from Carbon Saving Group throughout letting us know dates and times. I would recommend.

We just had a visit from Callum at… We just had a visit from Callum at carbon saving to do a survey on our bungalow, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful, he explained everything we needed to know about heat pumps and how they would work in our bungalow, we only made enquiries this morning and he arrived this afternoon, we await the estimate, a very pleasant experience, thank you Callum, regards Graham.

Very efficient and pro-active I contacted them to ask about cavity wall insulation under the Government’s Green Homes Grant. After a phone conversation I ended up getting cavity wall insulation, a massive increase in loft insulation, underfloor insulation and a new boiler too under the Energy Company Obligation grants. I had to contribute a few hundred pounds but massively less than the work would have cost and we not only felt the benefit over the Winter, but the house is cooler now. The work was done quickly and efficiently once funding was in place. The only issue we had was that the surveyor did not spot that the boiler flue was not legal and exited the house over a neighbours boundary so there was a delay in getting a roof modification to move the flue. Overall though, thoroughly recommended

Gas installation at property The recent gas installation at my property was completed efficiently and without any fuss. Carbon Savings Group handled everything explaining options, timescales and prices then installed and completed acceptance within an extremely short time. From the company helpline, through surveyors and installers all staff were friendly, experienced and professional; the work was of an extremely high standard and I would fully recommend CSG.

Should be called the money saving group! turned up at my door offering a free boiler, my boiler hasnt worked for 10 years. within a week they fitted the boiler and installed some extra rads all for free. thanks to mike, phil and tom. great work and looking forward to winter.

Outstanding service From the moment I contacted Carbon Savings group to enquire about a backup battery for my solar panels everything was done on schedule and the workmanship was faultless and the quality of the installation was absolutely superb. Mike and his assistant done the battery installation and a full service on my air source heat pump system in a few hours. I would highly recommend the carbon savings group and will definitely use them again.

Thank you Jason and the installation guys🥰 All aspects of their work and how they went about it was brilliant. Jason who was my contact guy couldn’t do enough to help. Any questions I had he would get back to me by the end of the day (even on his days off!!!!) When the guys did the installation did everything possible to minimise the mess and disruption, even covering my carpets in cling film so they could just pick it up at the end. We are so pleased with our air source heat pump. I’m amazed how hot the water is! It’s hotter than when we had a boiler! Our radiators are red hot and easy to control. Excellent explanation! Last evening, a young man called Callum Kerr called in at my house as he was doing a leaflet drop around the village. He was extremely personable and fully explained to me and my friend all the different renewables options. It’s the first time that anyone has discussed this with me in a totally unbiased way, and I really felt I could trust what he was saying.
